Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Sahai Well-Being LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable and changes can occur. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Booking and Deposits Policy:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your time and availability.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened, and the deposit will still be retained.

Payment: The remaining balance for your service is due upon completion, or before, depending on the type of service.

Payment Policy
Our payment policy is simple: we accept cash, credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Venmo. All session sales are final, and packages, memberships, and plan purchases are non-refundable 3 days after purchase. We do not provide refunds on any unused services, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. We also reserve the right to change our payment policy at any time.
